The accommodation comprises 170 double standard rooms, 46 Double Rooms with Royal Service, 6 Suites, 2 Presidential Suites and 1 Royal Suite. All of the rooms are air conditioned with an in room safe, interactive television, mini-bar and telephone.The Melia Sancti Petri offers excellent amenities which include souvenir shops, newsagents, jewellery store, boutiques and golf shop. There is a Club House with a reception providing information on car hire, local golf courses, tennis and paddle tennis facilities, water sports and excursions.

The hotel has its own garage with 145 parking spaces.  The charge is €3 per vehicle and day for guests staying in standard rooms and no charge for clients in superior rooms.

The Melia Sancti Petri has a large outdoor swimming pool and separate smaller one for children.  There is also a heated indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, fitness centre, beauty salon and massage facilities. The Ranch Novo Sancti Petri provides the opportunity for horse riding and pony trekking.
 
The San Marco is an a la carte restaurant serving international and local cuisine.  It is situated between the patio gardens and swimming pool with spectacular views from its large windows. The a la carte Restaurant Alhambra is the most elegant restaurant at the hotel located on the main patio.  For less formal dining guests can visit the buffet-style Restaurant El Patio which is of typical Andalusia design with Arabic touches sp that it resembles an oasis with a fountain.
